Ben Delaquis

Ben is a recent graduate of Université de Saint-Boniface’s communication multimedia program. When he’s not editing footage, you’ll usually find him gaming, experimenting with creative side projects, or staying active. He loves building things from scratch — whether that’s a new animation test, a short video concept, or whatever creative idea has grabbed his attention that week.

He’s a bit of a jack-of-all-trades in video production, bringing curiosity, detail-orientation, and a love of visual storytelling to every step of the process. Ben has taken on roles ranging from video editing and motion graphics to on-set support and small-camera operation. His previous work includes editing and motion graphics for CCWESTT and pitching in on set for local productions, along with contributing to projects for organizations such as Travel Manitoba and Assiniboine Park Conservancy. He’s bilingual in French and English and brings a naturally collaborative, problem-solving mindset to any creative team.

What Ben enjoys most about working at UpHouse is getting to collaborate with friendly, talented colleagues while continuously growing in the media world. He especially loves post-production — where he can weave together animation, audio, and visual elements into a polished final story — and he’s always excited for projects that let him explore new techniques and push his creativity further.
