A Little Bit About Us

We’re looking for talented collaborators to join our team. If you (or someone you know) is a hard worker, a team player, a good listener, a nice person and all of the good stuff, we want to know!

UpHouse is an award-winning marketing and PR agency that believes in elevating messages that need to be heard. People consume messaging whether they want to or not, so we feel it’s our role to make sure it’s authentic, accessible and diverse. We are also a B Corporation and a Certified Diverse Supplier, registered with the Canada’s LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce. We believe diversity of thought, opinions and people make for better ideas, new perspectives and stronger businesses. That’s why we ask all employees to help us uphold our Safe Space Manifesto.

As a B Corp, we’re part of a movement to normalize pay transparency. When we reach out to schedule an interview, we’ll also send an employee pay scale and compensation package so that you can review this information before even meeting with our team.

We welcome and encourage all candidates to apply. If this job isn’t the right fit, you might be a great addition to our UpHouse network of talented contractors, project specialists and support staff.
