As a Lead Generation Specialist, you thrive on building connections, generating interest, and securing meetings with the right people. You know how to craft compelling messages, use the latest tools to find prospects, and nurture leads until they’re ready to meet with our team. Your work will directly support our growth by ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects. 

You’re organized, proactive, and results-driven, balancing automation with personalization to maximize engagement. You’re also comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other lead AI lead-generation tools to help identify and reach new business opportunities. 

Responsibilities 

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and outbound prospecting. 
  • Assess the quality of leads before booking meetings ensuring they align ideal client profiles. 
  • Use tools like HubSpot and AI sales/lead tools to track, manage, and refine outreach efforts. 
  • Craft personalized email and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects and book meetings. 
  • Monitor response rates, optimize messaging, and improve conversion strategies. 
  • Work closely with the leadership and marketing teams to ensure outreach efforts align with business goals. 
  • Stay up to date with best practices in B2B lead generation and digital outreach. 
  • Manage directory listings, 3rd party reviews, content promotion and back-linking.  
  • Maintaining RFP database and finding relevant fits.  
  • Implement follow-up workflows to keep prospects engaged until they’re ready for a meeting. 

Performance Goals and Milestones

  • Booked Meetings: Consistently schedule high-quality meetings per month with qualified prospects. 
  • Messaging + Outreach Optimization: Improve response rates through testing and iteration, demonstrating proficiency in crafting high-converting messages. 
  • CRM + Prospecting Tools Mastery: Fully integrate and utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn and other tools by logging 100% of outreach activities, maintaining data accuracy, and creating new prospecting sequences.  

Experience + Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, digital prospecting, or outbound sales support. 
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and AI sales tools.  
  • Experience guiding prospects through the sales funnel from initial outreach to qualification and handoff. Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging outreach messages. 
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze results and refine tactics. 
  • A self-starter who is goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
