As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and lead a team of marketers. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our clients’ marketing goals with long-term business objectives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and measurable results. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships by planning, strategizing, and delivering on their marketing goals
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success
- Manage and maintain project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects remain financially viable
- Collaborate with clients to develop and refine marketing and campaign strategies that deliver measurable results
- Identify opportunities for client growth and pitch new campaign ideas
- Mentor and lead a team of marketers, fostering growth and collaboration
- Conduct monthly one-on-one check-ins with team members to provide training, deliver feedback, and ensure goals are clearly communicated and supported

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy, budgeting and leadership
- 3+ years of agency experience
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, client management, project management and campaign execution
- 2+ years of proven experience managing a team of two or more direct reports, with a focus on fostering growth, development, and a collaborative work environment
- Proven experience managing multiple clients and marketing projects with tight deadlines
- Proven experience working with budgets, estimating costs, pitching clients and delivering ROI-driven campaign
- A natural leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

As a Production Artist, you thrive on working across a variety of projects, bringing your expertise to create materials for diverse applications across industries. Your role is centered on the technical and detail-oriented aspects of design, ensuring every output meets high production standards. You bridge the gap between creative vision and final delivery, making sure the end product is polished and production-ready.
Responsibilities
- Get top-notch graphic design work out the door
- Ensure production standards and brand consistencies are maintained among both print and digital projects
- Design a variety of export-ready materials related to campaigns, brands and websites
- Create and maintain clean working files

- Follow direction given by our marketing managers and design team to deliver a variety of design collateral

Experience

As an HR and Operations Assistant, you will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. You’re organized and proactive, helping with office tasks and contributing to our team. This role might require you to be in the office most of the time to effectively support our team.

As a Talent Assistant at UpHouse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our team with managing the talent on our influencer roster and coordinating talent for a variety of marketing, creative, and influencer-focused projects. From sourcing potential influencers and brand partnerships to assisting with the onboarding process and preparing key meeting materials, you’ll be a key point of contact between students, influencers, and internal teams. Your strong organizational skills and proactive attitude will help ensure smooth project execution and contribute to the creative success of our campaigns.

- Research and identify potential influencers/content creators that align with UpHouse and/or our clients.
