As a Marketing Coordinator, you support the client management team in developing and executing client marketing strategies, campaigns, digital promotions and content projects. You’re organized and proactive, and you keep projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects
- Support UpHouse team members with client relationships and planning

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the client management team to develop, strategize, and execute marketing campaigns and content projects. You will oversee the successful completion of complex marketing initiatives, ensure smooth workflows and play a crucial role in managing client relationships. Experience + Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project management or a related field

As UpHouse’s IT Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the tech our staff relies on every day. You’ll work closely with our agency Operations team and our third-party IT partner to coordinate and oversee IT projects. This includes providing technical support, training staff on new systems and supporting the smooth operation of those systems.
Due to funding restrictions, this opportunity is only open to domestic students (Canadian citizens, Permanent Residents, and those with protected refugee status). We also require a Full-Time commitment during the co-op term.
Responsibilities
- Work with the UpHouse Operations team and our third-party IT partner to coordinate and oversee IT projects and initiatives for the agency
- With guidance from the third-party IT partner, manage and maintain UpHouse’s IT systems and infrastructure
- Maintain our SharePoint environment and train staff on best practices
- Provide technical support to staff and end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues
- With oversight from the third-party IT partner, implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures
- Train staff on new IT systems and technologies, including VPN
- Support the Operations team in managing and maintaining our hardware assets
- Stay on top of new developments in IT and recommend improvements
Experience + Skills
- Enrolled in post-secondary training in IT or a related field
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and OneDrive
- Familiar with Mac computers, Apple products and iOS environments
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and video file management an asset
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and stay on top of deadlines
- Able to take the initiative, manage projects independently, and keep things moving forward
