When not working, Tomer (toe-mare, if you can roll your r’s) loves spending time outside with friends and family. If he’s not biking, fishing, camping or hiking, he is likely cooped up watching sports, whether it be our Winnipeg Jets, the Green Bay Packers or the Indiana Pacers, Tomer’s love for sports runs deep.
Tomer spent a term studying abroad in Australia where he discovered his interest in design thinking, empathy-led strategy and consumer behaviour, as well as his interest in scuba diving. His four-night stay on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia sparked his passion for underwater exploration—and saying hi to all the fishies he meets.
Tomer graduated in February 2025 from the University of Manitoba Asper School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a double major in marketing and entrepreneurship. With a passionate yet down-to-earth attitude, Tomer thrives in an environment where he uplifts and learn from those around him. He brings excellence to UpHouse with his ability to strategize and problem solve in the collaborative team environment.
