TECHNATION Canada is focused on building up the Canadian technology industry in the global market, and when the Career Ready initiative decided to address diversity and inclusion in the tech sector, we were excited to help.
For the Winter 2022 Program, we worked together to call attention to the need for diverse talent in the industry, encouraging employers to create space for underrepresented groups. In addition to helping prepare resources for employers, like this article on Inclusive Hiring Practices in Tech, we also created a video campaign with the goal of giving diverse voices a seat at the table.
